Haori Jackets & Frames:

We offer returns for a full refund to store credit within 14-days of purchase date. To qualify, the item must be in its original condition, unused and in the original packaging.

Handmade Ceramics:

Our ceramics are handcrafted, which means natural variations in color, texture, and pattern are part of their charm. Each piece is carefully inspected before listing and is considered perfectly imperfect. Returns are not accepted for variations in size, color, or pattern if these details were clearly provided in the product description.
