FAQ & Contact

Orders ship within 1–3 business days. We currently ship within the U.S. only. For international inquiries, feel free to contact me. Free shipping on orders over $150.

Frames: Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging.

Handmade Ceramics: Due to the handmade nature, variations in color, size, or pattern are not considered defects. Returns are not accepted for these natural differences. If there's a functional issue, email me (elliestudiollc@gmail.com) within 3 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and we can work something out! Products on sale are not eligible for return.

Refunds: Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. It may take additional time for your bank to process the refund. If you haven’t received it after 15 business days, please reach out.

I'm based in the Bay Area (Sunnyvale). If you happen to live nearby, feel free to contact me to view my collections and make a purchase in person.
